There are many sync error folders. It appears that one is created each time a send/receive is done. Do you know the best recommended method to fix this synchronization issue?

There are multiple *.ost files for each of the MAPI mailboxes. Would you delete all of them? Shouldn't they be pst files since I am using Outlook connector not Outlook Exchange?
