The cache has already been enabled for the shared folders and outlook has been restarted multiple times. Also, the issue seems to be intermittent wherein it seems to work for a couple of days then the issue comes back.

UPDATE: We tried to cached the folders and also check on the registry key for the Namespace (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Namespaces) but it does not exist for the user. Both of which still didn’t resolve the issue, though we were able to identify which shared...
