The cache has already been enabled for the shared folders and outlook has been restarted multiple times. Also, the issue seems to be intermittent wherein it seems to work for a couple of days then the issue comes back.
UPDATE:
We tried to cached the folders and also check on the registry key for the Namespace (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Namespaces) but it does not exist for the user. Both of which still didn’t resolve the issue, though we were able to identify which shared...

Has anybody seen this issue wherein RS box added in Favorites disappears. User have 15-20 RS boxes added in Outlook and she is putting 5-6 of them under the Favorites. working limit to the number of RS mailboxes that can be attached and still function normally.
