Diane, Thanks for the prompt reply. This is an upgrade from OL 2007, but it's been 4-5 years. I don't recall this being a problem until recently. At various times, I've run Outlook for BCM, Dynamics CRM, & Maxhire addon's (in that order) but I can't connect any of them to this problem...

If my memory serves, some of the themes in Windows Blinds from Stardock will change some of the UI colors in most MS Office applications. It's not free.

I'm using the desktop OL 2010 on Win 8.1 and I have discovered that there are the Address Card and By Category views are duplicated (By Category has 3 of the same view). Because they are standard views (not sure if that's the correct term) there is no option to delete them, unlike Custom Views...

I'd like to be able to produce a list of all my OL Contacts that displays which contacts have social connections and which do not. Is there a way to do this? Ken

I could swear that you used to be able to create a button for a toolbar and add a hyperlink (say to slipstick.com) in earlier versions of OL (2003 and before). I've looked high and low and can't figure out how to create such a thing in 2010. Thanks in advance, Ken
