Diane, thank you for the reply. I noticed that the QAT might be more suited to keyboard shortcuts, but I have over 30 macros that I'd like access to via nested tree structure of some sort... I'm thinking the QAT is not going to be friendly for that... would you advise me otherwise? Thanks...

I've reviewed the videos on Access keys but the problem with them is they are not intuitive especially when I get down into my custom tab and custom groups and macros. Is there a way to assign user-selected access keys to tabs, groups, or commands on the (partially customizable) ribbon?
