Time was doing both - synchronizing and searching for new email. I'm trying the unsubscribing from most Folders but it really doesn't speed things up. I have Fiber Opts so the download speed isn't an issue. As to the Provider, that would be sympatico.

Just a quick update: Renamed the OST and allowed Outlook to create the new one. Can be up to two or more minutes to fully check mail from this one particular account. Is this normal?
