I deleted every email in my sent items folder on the outlook.com web site, and everything in the sent folder in my Outlook program. Then I emptied the deleted items folders. Within about 20 minuets messages I deleted began showing up in the Sent folder again.

Hi Diane, I received your reply on my phone and am not sure I know what to look for. You said add the it to Quick Launch tool bar, I don't seem able to find that. I have the Quick Access window open under Outlook Options, and I don't see Macros.

I opened an outlook.com account but am unable to determine if it is an imap account. But I need to figure out why the messages sent from my gmail account are going to my inbox. About two hours ago "three" copies of every sent email started to show up in my inbox.

The box next to Do Not save has been checked. If I switch to outlook.com can I still use IMAP? Appreciate your help.
