Firewalls: both pc's are using Norton 360 "Smart Firewall". I don't think the problem exists with Norton, unless it's just a setting that needs to be tweaked. I just switched him over to Norton from AVG. If I'm not mistaken, he was using Windows Firewall at that time.

Also of note, monthly I run SCANPST on the PST file. I just performed that operation, and had to run it 3x before it showed no errors.
