OK, well I'm a little confused now myself. So to recap: my main account is an Office365 exchange type account that operates on an OST data file. I have a few POP3 accounts I want to add to this Outlook profile. Can they be added to that OST?

update: new Outlook profile did NOT do it. A couple days later and things are back to the normal lag. Could there be some simple indexing setting that was somehow reset during the upgrade? Restarting Outlook seems to fix it temporarily.
