As the others said you can do it manually using VBA. I have not tried detecting the window size in a startup macro - but that won't help if you are changing the size when its open. (You can use a macro to run the startup and add it to the ribbon.)
If the issue is with 2 computers, exchange...
Are you using legacy or new outlook?
It looks the same with all accounts removed - the blue icon to show or hide the header area is gone but otherwise, looks identical to the screenshot above.
The account I have in Outlook is an exchange account with multiple aliases. It's possible it only...
Do you have more than one email account? From will definitely show then. Select different accounts by clicking on the address, not "From"
I don't see an option to show the from field.... will need to remove all but one account to see if it goes away.
That is definitely a new one for me too, at least for iCloud contacts.
Try the registry key here -
https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/custom-form-security/
That is what I needed. You have a current version so should have always had the "
new look"
I'm referring to this -
If instead you meant in the message list -
that can be changed in view settings, either in conditional formatting or in Other settings - the fonts are at the top.
This...
You send the messages from Outlook and they were in an outbox at Comcast?
Do you use send immediately or have a scheduled send?
Typically, when you send using classic outlook, you can't delete mail that is waiting to send unless you go offline or use mcfmapi. You'll get an error message that...
Interesting. I know changing the file name or moving a PST can affect send and receive - the fix is to change it on the email accounts tab in Account settings dialog - select the account and click Change Folder. You need to select a folder in a different data file, Apply, then go back in and...
Based on the file name, the top one is definitely a pst, created in an older version of Outlook - before Outlook created a new data file for each account and naming the data file with the email address.
The bottom one is a PST too now that I look at it again, as it doesn't have the [gmail] folder.
Bottom screenshot above is an imap account, top was used for a pop account.
On the pdf question - app passwords should be at the bottom of the 2-step verification page.
Is that an i or a 1?I It should work with 1 to disable your calendar, assuming it is always the first calendar in the list.
The macro here should work -
https://www.slipstick.com/developer/code-samples/select-multiple-calendars-outlook/#start
The VBA should still work. Any error messages? I've seen windows update reset the VBA security settings.
Otherwise, I'm not aware of any add-ins that will do it.
>> I just installed Office 2016 and want to reestablish Outlook as a Gmail client using POP3
You need 2-step verification and an app password to use pop in outlook.
You can get a new app password in your gmail account settings, at Account settings: Your browser is not supported.

Those are always small and can't be adjusted.
What is your version / build number? There was an update that changed them but it applied to older versions.
No on setting a root path for Gmail. Only use it for the few IMAP server that recommend it.
One option I recommend is changing the sync settings so Outlook only checks the inbox. If you only use Outlook to read mail and don't use rules on the server to file mail, you don't need to check...
OST files belong to the profile that created them. If you use a junction point to move the ost files, you can keep the same profile and move (and reuse) the ost files. Otherwise, Outlook will resync the mailbox.
