It looks like you have the right add-in - Outlook 2010 should be 32 bit and the dll is the 32 dll.
Did you download iCloud from apple or install it from the Microsoft store?
The key is global, not per profile, so a new profile won't help.
if you are using one of the Insider builds, it is enabled as part of the insider program. You can delete the log files and Outlook will recreate the logs. (Close Outlook first so you can get all the logs.) Or turn off insider...
Set the policies registry key to prevent it from loading.

BTW - if this is a new issue, it's probably a bug. Since Outlook 2016, they use one base code for all versions and turn features off and on based on the license. There have been a number of times when subscription features showed up in the perpetual versions - usually fixed by an update a...
Some of the features are missing in one time purchase versions... it's in office 2024 but not in 2019. I'll need to boot my 2021 test machine to check there.
That is an audio file? Did you google for a converter?

You're saying this option is missing?
File > Options > Advanced. Near the top is Open hyperlinks from Outlook in. Select Default browser.

The change sets a registry key - I don't have it in the article but will look it up and...
It's the phone or sync process - I thought it only happens when you edit, but maybe viewing the notes changes the tabs to spaces too.
If its a Microsoft account, you could use OneNote - the outlook notes sync as OneNote feed. (I prefer the apple notes app - it's small and light weight.)...
You were using it regularly and they didn't send you an email notifying you they were going to delete it? I know Microsoft and Gmail will close unused accounts - for Microsoft is no log ins for 2 years - but Microsoft warns you at your security email (assuming you added a security address) and...
That article applies to copy and pasting urls - the top is the default paste. This is the method I use, not the share link, which is a couple additional steps. (Although if all you are doing is sending the link, it's probably a wash - but I usually have a message open and want to paste a link...
You can uninstall it in Windows Settings > Apps (works fine if you are not trying to use windows mail) - and disable the try new Outlook switch in classic outlook.

If this was the first time you tried switching ribbons, then it was probably a glitch - if you tried before and it did not fix it, then repair made a difference.
Based on my clients' experience, the transition went well. I thought the instructions they gave were good and easy to follow to get the accounts set up in yahoo, but a couple of people asked me to help set it up.
They haven't yet removed classic Outlook from the office suite... but likely will in a couple of years, if they don't give up on replacing it with new Outlook. :(
I missed your reply. Sorry.
It could be an Edge setting as it works here. You have HTML as your default message format, correct? (It shouldn't matter because the client will make the link clickable.)
Was office preinstalled? Classic Outlook is only missing from new computers with office preinstalled. Only some brands may be affected - and likely only with newer product lines. Older product lines would still be using an older OEM image, one that has classic Outlook in it.
I know it is...
They are going to cancel email for current comcast.net addresses?
Exactly - I would expect to see them pass the email hosting to yahoo but let everyone keep their addresses. (Cox did this last summer.) It will take more than a few months to change all the logins and verify you didn't miss some.
That looks like the black theme, simplified ribbon. The line should be blue. Are you using the left nav bar and does it have the blue line at the selected module?
Have you tried repairing office install? That would be my first step.
