Pointless at this time. Custom forms are only supported in classic and it's going away in 2029.
Same for VBA and PowerShell automation. They are not supported in new outlook.
Honestly, can't be much of a quality website if you are generating it from an email.
I'm not aware of a way of unblocking the images for your domain, other than updating everyone's safe list and changing their download settings to allow safe lists.
PDF is definitely a better option IMHO.
It sounds like a bug in the software, not a problem with the PST file.
Which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information in classic Outlook.
If you sync them to Outlook classic, the labels will sync as folders. Then you can export to a PST.
Or use google takeout to create a backup - I have not tried this.

I set a registry key to disable the switch in classic outlook's title bar so Microsoft won't automatically switch me to new outlook.
I use new Outlook, mostly for testing, and don't it classic disabled since its my default mail app.
Key is here -...
They announced last year that classic would be sunsetted in 2029. They are already forcing users to new Outlook - but it is possible to switch back. They started with consumer accounts and the small business subscription. Will be moving on to small enterprises then move up to larger ones.
I would get a custom domain name that way you are not at the mercy of google, Microsoft or comcast. :) you can host it where you want - should be under 50 a year total, for all the address you need.
But... if they do hand off to yahoo, it should be fairly seamless. The cox transfer last year...
If the message is in the IMAP mailbox, it should go on that calendar. Tasks (to-do) arent aren't supported in imap.
I dragged the email to the calendar pane - if you don't see them after creating, click the 3 dots on the upper right and choose the IMAP calendar. (and turn off other calendars)
Your observations are correct. If the account is gmail, yahoo, or iCloud the calendar & contacts will sync back. The Microsoft cloud service uses an API to sync to those servers. It doesnt sync to other servers - they use caldav.
I'll double check, but new events from email should go into the...
Download this - change "new-contact" in "IPM.Contact.new-contact" to the name of your form. Save with reg extension (remove the .txt) and run it -

Is that the only site you need to keep logging in to? If no, make sure you are not clearing cookies.
When you sign in does the dialog give you an option to save the sign in?
You need to remove the Gmail account and add it back manually. You'll need an app password to add it as pop.
On the dialog in Outlook where you add the address, click Advanced options and check to use manually setup then click connect. Choose pop on the next screen and when asked for the...
LOL. I hear "I swear it wasn't working!" all the time. I joke that it's my magic touch but Outlook can be quirky. I have no doubt it wasn't working then started working again.
Did you try resetting the view?
Are you using the Reading pane?
Are you using classic Outlook or new outlook? If you arent sure - classic have the Outlook icon in the top left and new Outlook says "outlook".
The tasks module won't be removed from classic Outlook, they'll keep to for backwards compatibility and for on-prem exchange servers. Keep in mind they deprecated the Journal 15ish years ago and its still in outlook.
They do want people to switch to To-Dos, but it won't work with non-Microsoft...
