    SETTING UP A "NEW" NEVER HAD NEVER USED EMAIL ACCOUNT

    My goodness this is insane. I cannot find an answer to what I believe should be a very easy question. How do I setup a NEW never used email account in OUTLOOK 2013. What ever happened to the old way, it just worked! Thanks in advance Mike
