Fixed it... barking up the wrong tree, had to change the display monitor settings even though I did nothing!

Change to 'show desktop only on 1' (or 2 - whatever your PC currently isn't set to).
That seemed to clear...
Last night at shut down (March 13th 2014) Microsoft installed 12 new updates on my PC. Today Outlook doesn't function properly - it's NOT a coincidence I'm sure:
1. Outlook stays minimised on task bar once opened.
2. 'Restore', 'Maximise' or 'Cascade' don't help.
3. 'Size' / 'Move' are greyed...
