Thanks. I think I have the custom fields and form creation process completed successfully. Now the issue is mapping a csv. file into the form/fields that I created. they do not show in the import mapping wizard.

I have about 24 custom fields I created and used the Developer to design my form starting from the standard 2013 outlook contact form. When using the import wizard, csv file, destination folder, I do not see anyway to create a new folder under Contacts, if that's indeed where my customized form...

Can I import a csv file to a custom form/fields? I'm lost. My mapping wizard does not show the form and custom fields that I want to map/import to. Is this possible?

I am using outlook 2013 and want to create custom fields and custom forms. Having troubles with some fields that show None and do not seem to edit. Can't get the custom form to be my default. How can i get contacts created on a standard form to show and be used in the new custom form w/fields?
