Thanks for your reply. Actually my database already has a column which stores the status of the task when assigned to someone or completed by someone. But it is handled manually. I was looking for a way to automate this process based on the incoming mail which stated the status the of the task...

I need to make changes in the database as soon as i receive a completed task from a particular person in outlook. Is it possible using custom rules. Please let me know. I am trying to run the script in c# but cannot do it successfully. Please help.
