Yes I guess answered this in the other post to you. It was scanning outgoing but I turned it off; to only scan incoming. However I still had problem yesterday and had to delete it. I also uninstalled my account already and reinstalled it. That didn't help either.

This is not about the previous problem but I cannot see anywhere to start a new thread. I am having a problem creating a new contact. I keep getting the message Outlook does not recognize this email address.
I haven't retrieved these yet. When I searched for Program Files/Scanpst.exe. etc; I got the message "can't find Programs Files be sure you spelled it right". Duh! I haven't given up but thought I would update this. We are getting new emails etc. alright. Thanks.
