I do not believe that rules are moving it. Unless a mail item matches a rule the item stays in my exchange mailbox. I will look at this again when I get back to work on Monday.

OK -- I have my 2010 Outlook set up that all mail comes into the exchange mailbox and then based on rules it will move mail over to folders set up in my personal folder (.pst). I don't have my .pst set up as the default location as I don't want mail to auto move over there all the time...
