icloud calend not downloading

    Outlook Calendar not coming down from cloud

    I had everything working then it stopped. Using Outlook 2016 -- everything is updated. When I enter an event in my iphone (Outlook) calendar it goes to the cloud and down to my laptop -- BUT when I enter on my laptop-- it doesn't get to my phone -- but it does get to the cloud. I have loaded...
