    Hi, It is IMAP but I am using it for people only, not really emailing. It works fine in the standard forms, just not in my custom form. I also tried exporting data from folder and reimporting it, but this had no effect. thanks don

    No Follow up when making new form

    When I create a new contact form, the follow up flag and reminder do not work. I have tried creating 2 new forms and this problem exists on both forms. any ideas? thanks don

    Hi Diane, Were you able to look at the follow up issue I am having on the form yet? Basically it was similar to the category issue where it does not work on the new form. I get the drop down window to select follow up but no display of follow up in top of form. Thank you , don

    I created a new form in Outlook 2013 People, Everything works ok, except that when I go to add a Follow up and reminder, the drop down window appears but when I select a time for the reminder, nothing happens. Is there something I need to add to the form to have this work? thanks, don
