Here are the steps I just took with the calendar:
Opened the PST backup in Outlook 2010
File | Save Calendar
Saved as an ICS file with Options:
"Whole Calendar"
Include Details of items marked private
Include attachments within calendar items
Opened Outlook.com | Calendar
