it looks like the those PST were imported into the sbc account. If that is a pop account, the mail wasn't synced to the server. If you have another recent PST for the sbc account, you could replace this with it.

The account is added as pop? Is it a different mailbox or both aliases on one mailbox? If the PST is all new mail, you can delete it and create a new pst. Or just remove the account and use the PST for the sbc account too. You can rename the display name.
