Thanks Larry. I will work in Safe mode as you suggest. I'll connect in a few days to give you the result of it. So far, the error has not occurred again since I recreated the account a second time so I think it is best to wait until it starts happening again so I will have a good test.

Thanks so much for your response Diane. Yes the provider confirmed that they had a surge of clients trying to access their server. They said they would fix it by changing their settings.
