Ah, well many of them do get forwarded internally to the print email address. Could that have anything to do with it? Oddly though when i forward to myself it did not ask for credentials, same windows/outlook versions
Had another one today. Showed up in red italic and asked for credentials. Totally different site. The source is way too long to post for it though. it was www-groomenergy.ccsend.com
There are no rules for flagging anything. This is a non user account that just gets mail and auto prints it. I set the machine up and no actual user is on it. The header is blank
That makes sense. I just dont care about the image causing the problem really, i need the credentials thing to not pop up. Its not just from this one site, its from lots of them. We get probably one every other day that halts printing. Is there a way to just auto deny these things from coming up?
Also found this coming up at the same time, which makes sense.. i just need a way to block these requests for credentials
Microsoft Word
The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open. Click OK, and then close open dialog boxes to continue.

It wasnt a flag, im familiar with that. It was definite italicize. I was able to locate the problem email, and it is indeed from ppai.org. We cannot block the sender or anything like that, all of these emails print to audit our orders and someone hand checks them (old fashioned method i know but...
Yes, i got a screenshot of that today. Also, the email in question turned to red italics. Sometimes this even happens with internal messages (we are on a domain) but mostly from external. I have -no- idea what www. ppai .org is, it is not related to us in any way
Windows 7 outlook 10 fully up to date
We have an issue with one machine which receives copies of our orders and auto prints them (for auditing purposes)
This has been getting hung up at times with a prompt for credentials, but not our domain credentials. It sits waiting and other new...
I will give that a shot. If i could assign it to myself also that would be fantastic. Its not a whole lot of work each time but over the long haul, it adds up you know?
I have seen tons of discussion on how to convert emails to tasks. I am wondering if there is a way to send an email when a task is created. We are using spiceworks and being able to forward my tasks to the helpdesk email address automatically would save a lot of work over time.
