    Outlook 2010. Very similar to if you click the VIEW tab then click "From" in the arrangement box, then Collapse All Groups. That sorts your email by the sender's name. You can click "Amanda Smith" and see all of the email from Amanda, etc etc. But, this user wants it collapsed even further...
