outlook tasks

Hello to everybody! Tried to use translate directly in Outlook from Turkish, but it says that "Outlook translation feature is off" - see attached file. I tried also "Translate message" and after clicking it "Use office connected experiences" window opens and after clicking "Account privacy"...

I am definitely a newbie when it comes to VBA and only know enough to update existing code to meet my needs. I've been able to piece together a macro to create a new task in a public folder from an email, but I want to also be able to UPDATE an existing task from an email. Is it possible to...
