HELP! About a year ago, I opened a new email account to set up a crypto wallet. I used Google Authenticator for months then one day the exchange I use says the auth.code isn't valid. I can see that my Google Auth isn't set up in the same email account. No problem, will go into it and set it up. I forgot my email password as the only time I ever accessed it was to set it up, so I get locked out of the email address (it's an Outlook account) so I do the reset password but one of the verification questions requires me to enter recent addresses of 'sent' emails, including subject lines. I've never sent an email from this account, it's essentially brand new (other than being used to set up my crypto account) so I can't answer this question. "None" is not an option and it never let's me past this question. I get a message saying they'll send me results and everytime it says "unfortunately we cant give you access". So, I'm locked out of my outlook email, I can't get into my wallet without a valid auth. code, I can't verify my account, Microsoft doesn't have a person in IT, it's all AI that sends you in circles ("did this resolve your issue? Click yes or no.). I've been trying for literally weeks and am at my wits end
If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears!

Only you can reset your password and make security changes to your account. Support is unable to assist.

If you no longer have your security accounts, you need to use this guided recovery form: Contact - Microsoft Support

You need to fill out the form twice a day, every day, until you get it back.

not that if you were using 2-step verification there will be a 30 days hold on the account.
