Automatically adding contacts to address book

Hi-

I'm a newbie here, but have been using different versions of outlook for a while now. I started with Outlook 2013 due to the fact my last laptop was stolen in Brooklyn, and figured with a new laptop I'll try out the 2013 version. My first impression of Outlook was not a good one. I have an IMAP acct hosted by GoDaddy, and syncing my emails took close to 3 days to complete. On top of that, the double spacing issue that has plagued me since previous versions still hasn't been resolved.

With that said, and with my reservations, I decided to give this a continued-go. I notice that emails seem to take longer to arrive than before, (even with setting offline mails to 3-months and cleaning-up/archiving), but my major issue is trying restore my lost contacts.

I would like to know, is there a way to automatically add sender's email addresses in my folder (or any other folder) to my address book? Or, is there at least an option to add email addresses I reply back to?
