I occasionally have to reply to an email and insert a pdf file. This always used to work. Now I get a "File not found" error and won't send the reply. When I click on the attachment it opens fine, so I assume it's there. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes. There is a blue vertical line next to the envelope icon as in your picture. When I hold my mouse cursor over the Home or Send/Receive as you show, the underline is gray but no line unless the cursor is hovering. I have not tried repairing the install yet. I'll try when I get some time.

Thanks for responding Diane. Here is a screenshot. I'm having trouble loading a screenshot. Here goes. Notice no underline on any menu items. It used to go to the Home tab which was underlined, but no more. Now I have to select it first.

Microsoft 365 Outlook ribbon does not default to any of the selections i.e.; File, Home, Send/Receive, View, or Help. It always used to default to Home. Now I have to select it every time. Do I have something setup incorrectly?

No. The 365 is a personal account. One thing though, I only have an exchange connection. No .pst file just .ost. Maybe that is why after deletion it keeps reappearing?

Jaycey... Yes, I checked "with specific words in the sender's address" and unchecked "from" and it works now. The sender's address did have two domain names in the address. Hope this helps, and thanks again Diane.
