this is my friend's computer, I think it is Outlook 2013. It is an IMAP account with Godaddy. I've checked the Sent folder and they have gone out. It is not all sent emails, just about 1 out of each 10 emails he sends. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried telling Outlook to open it? Go to File/Open and Export/Open Outlook Data File

That may explain the draft still being there, although he is not the kind of guy to intentionally create a draft. It is pretty clear it is not in the Sent folder. The email he is looking for was sent in December of 2017. The Sent folder only shows 6 emails sent for the whole year of 2017. When...

Yes, I thought that Carbonite should have a lot more copies of the pst. It pretty much backs up every changed file within a few minutes, usually. But I am seeing the pst file going for as much as 2 weeks without a new copy by Carbonite. Odd.
