Emails remain in Drafts folder even though they have been sent

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
IMAP
this is my friend's computer, I think it is Outlook 2013.
It is an IMAP account with Godaddy. I've checked the Sent folder and they have gone out.

It is not all sent emails, just about 1 out of each 10 emails he sends.

Any ideas?

OK thanks. Are there any settings related to this function? and just to be clear, this is then a minor bug appearing occasionally?
