Arrows missing from Outlook emails vertical scrollbar

The up/down arrows are suddenly missing from my Outlook emails and reading panes vertical scrollbars. I have Custom Scrollbars by Wesley Branton installed with the default width scrollbars. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing this Add-on but it does not bring them back.
I am using Firefox version 134-0-2 and have re-installed this as well.

I also have Edge browser and the arrows are present when using that with Outlook.
Using Windows 10.
Looking for help with this please.
