Hello,
I´m using Outlook 2013 to manage an IMAP account at my hosting, suddenly I can´t see some emails (all 2019 and some 2020) but if I access this account over Webmail, those mails are there. Also if I make a search or filter the the search by date, I see some mails that I can´t see them normally in my Inbox.
In webmail there are 12,619 mails, and in Outloo only 5,724, in cPanel the account has 14G and the Outlook file is only 9.4 Gb
Tested in 2 PC, one Windows 10 and the other Windows 7, using Outlook 2013 on both computers.
What I have done so far:
- I made a new Mail Profile and added the account, but same result (Not all mails are there)
- I rename the .pst file and re-sync mail, but same result (Not all mails are there)
- I added the account on another PC, but same result (Not all mails are there)
Any ideas of what might be happening?
