Office missing all INBOX emails

I recently logged onto another user on my computer and logged into the outlook to check my email from the "administrator" user on my computer.

After I did that, I logged back onto my "volunteer" user (where I normally work from) and all of the messages from my INBOX were gone. I could see them when I logged onto admin---but now on my regular user theyre missing.

What do I do? I dont know how to log the old email out. And I cant delete it from control panel. Im stuck---and I need my inbox emails back.

please help me!
 
Do you have a pop account configured on the admin user account? That is the usual cause of mail being deleted. Log back into the admin user and copy the pst file to the shared folder. The pst should be at %localappdata%\microsoft\outlook - paste that into the address bar of windows explorer and press enter to jump to the folder location.

Log out and from your user account, go to file, open, outlook data file and browse to the shared folder where you put the pst file.
