Outlook 365 - Toolbar - Close all items - missing?

AFAIK there was a button on the toolbar, something like : Close all items.
Can't find it - how to reinstate it?

Customize the ribbon or quick access toolbar - File, options, customize. It's under all commands.

I checked "Desktop Outlook" as I was sure there was a button there.
Indeed . . .
Beats me how it got there though :-)
Seems then that Toolbars are not synchronized either.
