Missing Outlook subordinate folder

Moved a folder from an Archive .pst file located on my C drive: to a position subordinate to an existing folder located in my active current IMAP (Comcast) folder list. The moved folder has disappeared.

I know it exists somewhere because if I search for some emails that I know are in the "missing" folder, they show up in the search.

I've tried resetting view using Outlook /cleanview command.
I've tried repairing all my .pst and .ost files.
Folder does not show up in my Comcast webmail app.
Called Microsoft support which was no help. They said I need to call Comcast support

I'm kind of at wits end

Anyone have any ideas?
