Outlook Calendar Monthly View Missing Appointments

I have an appoint showing in the 'weekly' or 'daily' view. There is only one appointment. When I go to Monthly view, it does not show the appointment. Please help me.....Thanks!
 
try resetting the view - look on the view menu for Current View command, open it and then click Reset.




Also, do you sync with a smartphone? We've seen issues like this when syncing with iphones.
 
Even you can try this :

In Windows XP :

Click on Start > Run > type outlook /cleanviews > Click OK

In WIndows Vista /7

Click on Start > In search, type "run" (without quotes) > In the list click on Run

In the run windows, type outlook /cleanviews > Click OK

Note : Even this issue occurs if your screen size or screen resolution is less.
 
Or you can use the Windows key + R (in all versions) to open the run command, however, even that isn't needed in Windows 7 and Vista - just type or paste

outlook.exe /cleanviews

in the start search field

(don't forget the space between words!)

Dissappearing events shows one bug with the calendar and the iphone bug Diane mentioned is here
