    Suggested Contacts by last added

Is there any way to arrange the Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2010 so that the order would be: latest entries at the top, and then descending to the oldest at the bottom? I wasn't able to find the correct date field.

Deleting folders or feeds when deleting from default RSS Feeds structure?

Well, I'm supposed to get my "real" computer back from the repair this week; I'll see what happens there. BTW, will (after copying PST files back to it) there be RSS feeds from its last run, or the same RSS feeds I currently have on this computer now (i.e. I removed some, I added one...)?

Deleting folders or feeds when deleting from default RSS Feeds structure?

No, they go to just one folder, no double delivery (if not counting some spontaneous "reset" of what's been delivered and what not, as described in another post, resulting in old items being re-downloaded). Yup, I moved the PST files. And soon after that, I probably made one crucial mistake...

    Tasks and iPad

I suppose I won't have such problems once I "graduate" to either Surface or Android...? ;)

    Tasks and iPad

So those of us who don't want to use the (i)cloud for these kinds of things, are pretty much out of usable options? :(

Deleting folders or feeds when deleting from default RSS Feeds structure?

They were always supposed to be delivered to the other folders. But on this "temporary computer" I did an OPML import at first, which set them all to the default location. I tried the Change Folder option for separate feeds, but for some reason it keeps reverting back to the default location for...

    Tasks and iPad

So is there any rational explanation as to why the #$%* iPad/iTunes won't synchronize Outlook's Tasks with iPad's Reminders? It would seem as one of the most natural things in the universe. I mean, is there any real/technical reason for this lack of functionality, or is it simply about turf...

Deleting folders or feeds when deleting from default RSS Feeds structure?

As I deliver all of my RSS feeds to another PST file, I was wondering about the folder structure created under the default RSS Feeds folder. If I try to delete any of the subfolders there, I can be asked either of these questions: -Are you sure you want to remove the folder ...? -Do...

    Accessing mail from multiple devices

Is it possible yet (especially relevant for long-time Outlook users with several gigabytes of PST files) to set things up so that the email (along with tasks, contacts, calendar...) in all those PST files can be accessed on any device (be it a smartphone, an iPad, another computer etc.), either...

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

I was able to find this for removing duplicates: Outlook Duplicate Items Remover Not sure if it's completely safe or not, I might give it a shot.

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

Is there any way (or tool) to find and remove duplicates in folders? A lot of RSS feeds' items were re-downloaded for some reason, so there's a lot of redundancy in their respective folders.

    64-bit or 32-bit on 64-bit Win7?

Are there any significant differences (I'm assuming performance-wise?) between running a 32-bit Office 2010 and a 64-bit one, on a 64-bit Windows 7 system (where RAM is no issue)? Can a 32-bit Office 2007 be upgraded to a 64-bit 2010 at all?

Outlook 2010 - Search Folders position

Thanks. I guess it confused me because it behaves differently on the main QAT (where it opens a menu with three options, among them Folder Properties), so I never got to putting it on a message's QAT.

Outlook 2010 - Search Folders position

I'll see if it's anything different with the dates after a reboot -- there is no difference now, not even a minute. BTW, where did they hide the good old-fashioned item/message properties? I was only able to find the one that displays full message headers (I think it used to be called...

Outlook 2010 - Search Folders position

Crap. Well, at least they somehow managed to bring back the speed of Outlook 2000. ;) (And the 2013 edition brings back some kind of a DOSsy look... ) One other thing I noticed... I've had both SENT and RECEIVED columns displayed in a few folders for ages. Now they both display...

Outlook 2010 - Search Folders position

So I finally migrated to 2010. One annoyance, for which I sincerely hope there's a solution: "Search Folders" is positioned alphabetically somewhere in the middle of regular folders, and not at the end, as it used to be. Is there any way to make it display Search Folders at the...

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

Hmm, should all of them be there, or is that just IPM.Configuration.RssRule item? I'm enclosing the screenshot of what the associated contents looks like. Also, I've just noticed that several feeds have "Pending" under "Last Updated On" (under Account Settings > RSS feeds). What could have...

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

Well, I opened the main PST with that tool. Which item exactly is the hidden message (I either couldn't find it, or it isn't there anymore)? Should Outlook be shut down when opening the pst file with MFCMAPI?

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

No, there were no PST files on the old computer anymore - just Outlook which hadn't run in two years or so. Before starting anything, I copied all PST files from the laptop's disk (needless to say, the Outlook session there had not been closed "gracefully", since the laptop had BSOD-ed). I had...

Importing RSS on another computer (and feed locations)

Where does Outlook get/save the information on where to store RSS feeds (and the info on which RSS items have already been downloaded and read)? Can this be shared between computers, or somehow exported and re-imported (which would be extremely useful when setting up a new computer and migrating...
