Imap/smtp on my wife's computer. Those contacts did not download so as you say, they are vamooshed. On my system, Outlook.com / gmail/ hotmail/ exchange/ imap/smtp. My contacts downloaded. My question remains... why did these download even though I also use imap/smtp?
