Hi When I create an email account Outlook also creates a contact and calender for the email address. I cant delete the contacts or calender, so how can I stop Outlook creating data files which add contacts and calender for every emall address I use?

Hi Using pre-set rules I delete certain emails that I consider spam, but I would also like to block those senders at the same time. Does anyone know if its possible using VBA code or otherwise, it would be really helpful Chris
