I want to reinstall Outlook 2010 (32) and only reload my mail data and contacts - i.e. I want get rid of my tasks, reminders etc - how do I do this.
 
Tasks: go to the tasks folder, select all and delete.

Reminders: you need to remove flags from email - and reminders on tasks will be deleted when you delete the task.
