I don't mean to use of valuable server space with a question that has probably already been covered,
but I'm have a little trouble getting an overall perspective.
So here it goes:
I'm using Outlook 2010.
I currently use it on two PCs, a Desktop and a Laptop (the laptop is a Mac using Bootcamp).
I have 3 @Live.com email address' that I access in Outlook.
My wife has 1 @Live.com email address that I access the calendar for in Outlook.
My wife access her @Live.com email address using live.com,
but she also has Entourage (Mac).
What I would like to be able to do:
Access my 3 email address'.
Access my the calendar for my wife's email address, but not her email.
Sync Outlook between the 2 computers I use.
The second question is what I should do with the *.ost *.pst protocol.
Currently each email address has it's own *.ost file, but of course these are not synced between the computers.
And finally, I have a BlackBerry Bold 9650 which I sync.
I'm only including this information in case it changes some of the considerations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
