Hi - am unable to find how to save a business card sent as an attachment to an email into an existing contact group. Open the attachment but cannot save & close to the group.

Is the attachment a contact or an image of a business card? If its a contact, drag it from the message to the contact folder.

Thank you. One further question. Had to have computer reinstalled, hence 2010 Outlook version, and have all contacts saved to usb stick. Where is the request for import/export from another file to be found now? Not under file button anymore.

It's under File - Click Open to open the import / export dialog.

Thanks Larry. Used to my old Outlook with right click on file and dropdown list including import, on 2010 version with your reply checked out further and it's under file under open. All OK now.

Yeah, its so stupid how they hid the Import (and especially the Export) feature.
