HELP!! Previously my inbox, deleted files and sent folders was on my left above my personal folders. Now for some unknown reason these 3 items are mixed alphabetically in with my personal folders. I have outlook 7. Thanks.

It sounds like you are using the folder list. Press Ctrl+1 on your keyboard or the Mail button at the bottom of the navigation pane to return to the mail pane.
