How can I set a predetermínate address in CC

Thanks, Diane, but I know that I must use a rule or a macro.
I try rules, but I can't do anyone that's work.
Also thanks Michael, but I am not very macro's fan.
[DOUBLEPOST=1440159932][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh, I forgot. I am using Office 2013 and W 10.

Where do you run into problems with rules?

New Rule > Apply rule on messages I send.
Choose any conditions and press Next. If you don't choose a condition, it will apply to all messages.
CC the message - type an address in the To field or select a contact or group from the address book.
Finish the rule.

Yes, you are right, I know how to do that rule, but I commit a mistake, is not for a CC, is for a BCC.
Sorry.

If you want to use BCC, you need to use a macro such as the one Michael posted or a utility.
I have utilities (and some macros) listed here - http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/email/automatically-bcc-all-message/

Or create a custom form with the bcc field filled in. You could also use a macro to insert an address at the click of a button - that would only save a keystroke or two though.
