Coming to outlook in a business environment and feeling overwhelmed by a bloated inbox and coworkers inpatience. How do I set up Outlook 365 so that I treat all contacts internal and external as names so that I can lock down one view do quick searches to first find mail from that contact(s) and second track conversations initiated by that contact. This means my 4 coworkers each is a contact and my 5 external clients each with 3 staff members are 5x3=15 contacts so I have to get this to work with 19 contacts plus me =20.

Are you looking for something like search folders, a custom instant search? Both of these can find mail in all folders. You could use a custom view but this only shows mail in the folder you put the view on.
