Can't read some emails - text size too small.

I use Microsoft Office 2003 on Windows 11 and have done for many tears.
My new problem is with Outlook.
It works fine, except when I receive emails whose font size is too small to read,
I can't find any way to enlarge it.
Ctrl + mouse wheel does nothing.
I have tried all the settings which relate to font / text size but these have no effect.
I'd appreciate some guidance here.

This isn't exactly a fix, but when this happens to me, I click on "Forward" which opens the email in a new window. Then I can highlight the text and font to larger or different font (such as Arial) which I find easier to read.

Many thanks for the go to forward fix: it works fine.
