with local Outlook client for Office 365, seems that it creates drafts every time I switch to another area of Outlook. That's fine, but after i finalize the draft and send it, there are often at least one partial drafts remaining. Then I have to check that i really sent the completed email.

I see the versioning for OneNote and Sharepoint. I don't see it for Contacts or Calendar. The Cloudberry Office 365 backup to your own Amazon S3 or Azure etc. is pretty reasonably priced. Easy enough to find items and restore them.

Seems like Office 365 Exchange retention doesn't apply to contacts, personal or shared public. I'm not sure.
