Thanks Diane, That works fine for me. It doesn't work as good as always being up to date when I open a calendar but if I select a month and highlight the dates on the left the calendar does show the appointments instead of the +2 etc. Thanks again

whenever I have more than one appontment in a day the appointments don't show in Month view. I get the day and a +2 at the bottom, see screenshot. I would like to be able to see all appointments for the day without having to go to day view.
