Hi folks
I check my imap email on three devices - my win 8 laptop, my iphone 4s and my Android tablet. When I have Outlook and my tablet open simultaneously, Outlook seems to "forget" my password and will not send or receive despite my inputting the correct password constantly. My phone has...
My Android tablet email apps have check boxes so that I can delete messages without having to open them first. Mozilla email programmes do too. Is there a way to implement some kind of flag status, check box or radio button so that I can quickly select messages to delete without them appearing...
If anyone else came here looking for a solution, I found one doing this:
Installing icloud, transferring all my personal appointments to that calendar and then opening that icloud calendar on my iphone.
Then I installed an app for $4 to sync the icloud calendar to my android tablet - it's...
Hi folks, I use Filebox Extender as an Explorer shortcut manager and app to keep certain windows on top of others. It doesn't work with Outlook so I then installed Desk Pins which did. However, Desk Pins does not work with Win 8 - it installs ok but clicking on a pin does nothing.
There are...
Hi Diane, yes I had given Outllok.com access to my gmail and was able to read email there. But I also created a new Hotmail address and invited that address to subscribe to my OUtlook 2010 calendar and once again I get this message:
"It looks like this is a private calendar and you don't...
Hi again Diane, here is the issue: when I go to Calendar in Hotmail and attempt to access the calendar link invitation I have emailed to myself, I get an error saying that it's a private calendar. If I am invited to share that calendar, surely it needn't be public? If so then this is not a...
Right I've jumped through all the hoops and have enabled my gmail for pop3. This means I can now open my gmail in Outlook, and I emailed the webcal link to the gmail address. I can open that email in hotmail but the link does not open. What should happen here?
Thanks for bearing with me.
Hi Diane, I've shared my calendar on the internet but the link will not open.
I am trying the hotmail option but it thinks I am a highjacker and is blocking my Gmail access. Grrr.
Hi folks,
Because I access my email on several different devices (Win 8 laptop with Outlook 2010, Android tablet and iPhone) I need a calendar that sychronises across all devices.
I've previously managed this with Calgoo but I've just upgraded to Window 8 64 bit and find that Calgoo...
Hi folks, I have created a new imap mail account and have disabled send/receive on my old pop account but have not removed it as I want to retain access to old mail.
In my old pop account I had an Outlook calendar that was synced with a Google calendar using Calgoo connect. I've tried...
Yah, I saw the FAQ about Win 7 issues. My UAC was already set to never notify but even so I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. The time I have wasted on this would have been more productively spent manually entering each appointment. I wonder if anyone ever spends money on the products...
Thanks for repyling. In Outlook (2010) Options I have it set to show commands in both menu and toolbar. It's not showing anywhere though.
On the Add-ins tool bar above the ribbon there is only Eset security, no other add-ins appear.
When I create a new appointment again there is no sign of...
Thanks for repyling. In Outlook (201) Options I have it set to show commands in both menu and toolbar. It's not showing anywhere though.
On the Add-ins tool bar above the ribbon there is only Eset security, no other add-ins appear.
Hi folks,
I have 56 appointments to put in next year's calendar and need to invite the same person to each one. Each appointment is identical.
As there is no regular pattern to the series I can't use the recurring appointment option. Copying-pasting is fine except that I still have to open...
