I just checked Outlook.com . Url is Sign In......, says "Outlook.com" in header over the message list. I guess it hasn't migrated. I get no mail through outlook mail. I use Calendar for syncing, which I access through Onedrive (same account un/pw).

Perhaps c2r fails to install everything needed to work properly. Since there is no way to modify it, check to see which components are installed, C2R doesn't seem like a good option.
